Heat recovery
Instead of rejecting compute heat outdoors, a matched site can use it for greenhouse or stable heating, hot water, crop drying or an industrial process.
recoverable as useful heat in an optimized liquid-cooled installation.
What makes a good site?
Reliable capacity with a workable electrical connection.
Approximately 400 square feet with practical equipment access.
A nearby, compatible use improves both economics and environmental performance.
Nearly all electrical energy consumed by computing equipment ultimately becomes heat. The stated maximum assumes approximately 95% heat capture, 98% heat-exchanger efficiency and 97% distribution efficiency: 0.95 × 0.98 × 0.97 ≈ 90%.
Actual recovery and annual reuse depend on equipment, temperatures, pipe runs, climate, site design and concurrent heating demand. “Up to 90%” describes heat delivered under suitable operating conditions; it is not guaranteed annual reuse.
